The Code of Conduct

This is the first rule and the reason the community exists. A Noble pays the club; a Muse is paid by the club. Nothing passes between them.

• A Muse must never request, hint at, negotiate or accept a fee, rate, allowance or arrangement from a Noble. A single instance ends her season immediately and forfeits any pending award.
• A Noble must never offer payment for company, time or intimacy, and must never propose terms of any kind.
• Gifts are permitted and never expected. They are freely given, never solicited, never discussed in advance, and never treated as owed. Generosity is recorded silently by the club and never disclosed to the recipient.
• Any attempt to move a connection off the club's terms — private arrangements, side agreements, third-party introductions for a fee — ends membership for everyone involved.

Every meeting is between two adults who chose each other, and either may change their mind at any moment without explanation.

• No member may pressure, persuade past a refusal, or imply that a refusal carries a cost. There is no cost to a refusal here.
• A Muse may end a date at any point, for any reason, and her rating and standing are unaffected by having done so.
• Intimacy is never part of what membership buys and is never a condition of any date, award, rating or renewal. Nothing in the ratings system rewards it.
• Recording, photographing or filming another member without their express permission is forbidden.

• Meet in a public or semi-public setting for a first meeting. City managers will suggest venues where useful.
• Punctuality is a courtesy and is scored as one. Cancellations should be given as much notice as possible.
• Excessive intoxication, coercive behaviour, and rudeness toward staff or strangers are all grounds for review.
• A Noble is expected to see a Muse safely on her way at the end of the evening.
• Both members privately rate the evening afterwards. Ratings are honest, personal, and never shared with the other party in raw form.

• Identities, profiles, contact details and anything learned inside the community stay inside it — during a membership and permanently after it.
• Profiles, ratings and directories may not be copied, screenshotted, republished or shared outside the members' space.
• Masks are offered at every Full Moon Gathering. A member's choice to wear one is never questioned.
• The club does not confirm or deny any individual's membership to any outside party.

• Age, name, city and photographs must be truthful and current. Misrepresentation voids membership without refund.
• Every member must be 18 years of age or older, verified before admission.
• One person, one membership. Accounts may not be shared, transferred or resold.

• Every Muse in a city attends her city's gathering; attendance carries 20 points on her monthly score.
• Performances are chosen freely by each Muse and are never directed or required in content.
• Guests are admitted only by the club. No member may bring an outside guest unannounced.
• What is said in the room stays in the room.

The club would rather lose a paying member than keep an unsafe one.

• Harassment, intimidation, stalking, unwanted contact after a refusal, slurs or discriminatory conduct result in immediate suspension pending review.
• Reports may be made to a city manager or to the club on Telegram at @redmoon_cs, at any hour.
• Reports are handled confidentially. The reporting member's standing is never reduced for having reported.
• Retaliation against a member who has reported is itself grounds for permanent removal.

Breaches are reviewed by the club, whose decision is final. Depending on severity, outcomes range from a private word, to a rating adjustment, to suspension, to permanent removal without refund and forfeiture of pending awards.
