Membership Terms

• Membership is by invitation and referral only. A valid referral from a registered Noble is required to open a Noble membership.
• All applicants must be 18 or older and pass identity verification.
• The club may decline any application without stating a reason, and no fee is taken until an application is accepted.

• The Noble — $8,999 for three months or $19,999 for a full year. One connection at a time.
• The Prime Noble — $9,999 for three months or $21,999 for a full year. Up to three simultaneous connections.
• Fees are charged in advance for the chosen term, in US dollars, and cover curation, access to the members' space, city management and the club's administration.
• Fees are paid to Red Moon only. No payment is made to a Muse at any time, in any amount, for any reason.

• $1,500, charged at the end of a calendar month only if the Noble requested at least one date that month.
• The levy is a flat monthly charge: one date or twelve, the amount is identical.
• The levy funds the Muse stipends and the Full Moon Awards. It is not a payment for a date and confers no entitlement of any kind.

• $1,500 per Full Moon Gathering attended, charged only to Nobles who attend.
• A mask is provided on request at no cost.
• Gathering fees are non-refundable once the guest list for that moon has closed.

• A Muse is admitted for a season of at most twelve consecutive months. The cap is absolute and not extended on request.
• A Muse pays nothing to join and nothing to remain. She is never charged a fee, commission or deduction.
• A Muse may withdraw at any time with written notice to her city manager, and may decline any date without consequence.

• Every Muse who attends at least two dates within a calendar month receives a $1,000 stipend for that month.
• The top 1,500 rated Muses receive Full Moon Awards, from $3,000 up to $1,000,000 for the highest-rated Muse in the community.
• Two-thirds of all sums the club collects in membership fees, date levies and gathering fees flows back to the Muses as stipends and awards.
• Awards are determined by the club's rating system and are paid at the full moon following the month in question. Payment is subject to identity and tax verification.
• Ratings, rankings and award determinations are made by the club and are final. Attempting to influence, purchase or coordinate ratings forfeits all awards.

• Terms do not auto-renew. The club will write before a term ends and renewal is a positive choice.
• A Noble may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid term. Paid fees are not refunded on a pro-rata basis once the members' space has been accessed.
• Where a membership is terminated by the club for a breach of the Code of Conduct, no refund is due and pending awards are forfeited.
• If the club declines or closes an application before access is granted, any sum taken is refunded in full.

Members are responsible for their own tax position. Stipends and awards are paid gross unless local law requires withholding, and each Muse is responsible for declaring what she receives in her own jurisdiction.

The club may amend these terms, fees and tiers. Existing paid terms are honoured at the price and tier purchased; changes apply from the next renewal. Material changes are notified to members in writing.
