Legal & Privacy

Red Moon is a private social and companionship community. It curates introductions between members, hosts monthly gatherings, and distributes stipends and awards to its Muses from its own treasury.

• It is not an escort service, and it does not sell, broker or arrange intimacy or companionship for payment.
• No fee paid to the club purchases a date, a person, or anyone's time. Fees buy curation, access and administration.
• The club is not a party to anything that passes between two members, and takes no commission on gifts.
• It is not an employer of its Muses. Stipends and awards are discretionary community distributions, not wages, and no Muse is engaged to perform work for any member.

• Members must be 18 years of age or older. Identity and age are verified before admission.
• Members must be legally able to enter this community where they live. Where local law makes any part of it unlawful, membership is not available.
• Any suspicion of a minor attempting to join results in immediate refusal and permanent block.

• From applicants: name, email, telephone, city, Telegram handle, referral source and anything volunteered in the free-text fields.
• From members: profile details, photographs, date requests, ratings given and received, stipend and award records.
• We do not sell, rent or trade member information, and we do not advertise using it.
• Information is read only by the club and the relevant city manager. Access is limited to those who need it to run the community.

• Ratings are submitted privately and are never shown to the person rated in raw or attributed form.
• A Noble's overall score is visible to Muses in his city before they agree to meet; the individual ratings behind it are not.
• The generosity a Noble shows is recorded silently and never disclosed to any Muse.

• The website's secure chat is opened only with a code issued by the club and is fully encrypted end to end.
• No messages are recorded and no transcript is retained. The only record kept is that a conversation took place, at a given time, against a given access code.
• Attachments and voice notes shared in chat are held privately and served through short-lived links.

• Application data is kept while an application is live and for a reasonable period afterwards for referral and audit purposes.
• Member records are kept for the duration of membership and for the period required to settle awards, stipends and tax obligations.
• You may request deletion of your data by writing to the club on Telegram at @redmoon_cs. We will remove everything we are not required to keep.

The Red Moon name, crest, artwork, written material and the ratings framework are the property of the club and may not be reproduced, adapted or used commercially without written permission. Photographs supplied by a Muse remain hers; she grants the club a limited licence to display them inside the members' space only.

• Members meet as independent adults by their own free choice. The club introduces; it does not supervise, chaperone or guarantee any meeting.
• The club is not liable for the conduct of any member, or for any loss, injury or dispute arising between members.
• Members are asked to exercise ordinary caution: meet publicly first, tell someone where you are, and report anything of concern to the club at once.
• Nothing here limits any right that cannot lawfully be limited.

These notices and the membership terms are governed by the law of the club's place of establishment. Disputes are first raised privately with the club, which will attempt resolution in good faith before any other step is taken.
